On November 19 and December 3, 2013, Raymond  Ausrotas was a Guest Lecturer for a Boston University Law School seminar on electronic evidence. The 3-credit course, titled “E-Discovery Law and Practice” was co-taught by Diane E. Barry, Esq. and Michael Simon, Esq. for the Fall 2013 semester. For the first day, Ray lectured on practical issues confronted in establishing a proper foundation for admissibility of electronic evidence, and on the second day served as a mock judge, together with the course instructors and B.U. Law School Associate Dean David I. Walker, for a “moot oral argument,” in which students advocated for and against entering different types of records into evidence.
