11/25/2008

A complaint was filed in Superior Court on behalf of a 35-year-old wife and mother who, while visiting the United States, was in a motor vehicle accident.

The plaintiff’s dominant arm was nearly severed in the accident when the car she was a passenger in collided with another vehicle and rolled over. She suffered permanent loss and disfigurement of the use of her dominant arm. The claims were resolved at mediation soon after litigation was initiated for almost $1 Million.
