Patrick McCooe Joins Arrowood LLP

Arrowood LLP is pleased to welcome associate Patrick McCooe to the firm. Specializing in commercial litigation and trial strategy, Mr. McCooe brings considerable experience, having successfully represented businesses and individuals in federal and state court in matters involving breach of contract, medical whistleblower, fiduciary duties, class actions, fraud, insurance coverage, and more.

An accomplished attorney, he has worked with clients across various industries including healthcare, investment management, technology, insurance, and nonprofit firms, handling all phases of the litigation process from initial investigation to final judgment.

In recognition for outstanding work, Mr. McCooe received the “Excellence in the Law – Pro Bono Award” from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for helping to secure the release of a man wrongfully convicted and imprisoned for more than 36 years for a first-degree murder he did not commit.

Prior to joining Arrowood LLP in 2025, Patrick served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and the Boston office of an international law firm.

Mr. McCooe is a cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. He is also a magna cum laude graduate of Western Connecticut State University.
